Ad Humanitas is a company that provides an ontological framework to assist in the resolution of human problems in the arena of health [practitioner workshops], relationships [personal development] and social, organizational and cultural health [coaching]. Ontology in its formal sense is the study of being. Ad Humanitas has developed a key understanding, from the standpoint of health, of the human elements and resources that can augment our well being; a sense of self and purpose.
We provide teachers and assistants to present workshops introducing and developing an ontological framework to human development, health, personal, tribal or cultural patterns of conflict or dysfunction.

Human Relationships in business
Purpose and Value in a business environment
Moscow
MetaClinics

October 9-12 & 16 - 19th, 2008
facilitators:
Alicia and Solihin Thom

Two four day workshops that will take participants through a comprehensive understanding and experiential process of the internal structure of themselves and the internal structure of a successful business. They will become acquainted with the model of the differing selves which mirrors the external organization of the realms in the world, and how that is also mirrored in the departments, particular niches and floors within a business. They will come to know the purpose of each aspect of themselves, and know how this reflects in business purpose, efficiency, competency and value – of each part of the whole infrastructure. They will begin to see how their own inner state reflects on business decisions, and to note and observe how their state reflects on the potential and optimum function or performance of the business and the individuals who work for the business, itself. The outcome of this self examination is to facilitate not only an understanding of Self in relationship to the person;s own functioning within a system, but also engender an internal understanding of 'the other' within the hierarchy of a business. This can foster 'others' to comfortably find their niche, their ability to share and engage in collective support and to know their own value in themselves but also in the business as a whole.

– a revolutionary ontological and therapeutic approach to the resolution of the primary itch or psora that creates our allergic reactions –

The second of three workshops will continue with the development of the structured approach to understanding the root itch within a human being. This second part concentrates on the physiological and environmental causes, and the internal dynamic that causes us to be allergic. This nicely adds to the previous workshop, building on the framework of the material or base itch [or signal] that prempts the physiological irritation that we name allergy.

Preamble:
Psora comes from the Hebrew word tsorat. We know the root of this from our use of the word psoriasis, and to a lesser extent with the similars of eczema and dermatitis. In classical homeopathic writings, Hahnemann the father of homeopathy suggested that the root ill in humans came from a primordial 'itch' that he saw as scabies, using the word psora, which is Greek for itch. He suggested that our shift from animal husbandry and close approximation to animals created a primordial separation from an instinctual life to a human cultural life. Humankind shifted state. In this shift from a more instinctual life to a cortex mediated life we lost something - and this itch reminds us of what we have lost. A similar story of separation is told in the Torah or old Testament story of Leah and her sister Rachel. It is described in our articles on allergy - click on the link. The Hebrew word tsorat epitomizes the sense of loss, separation, isolation, unloved state that the second of the sisters felt during her co-marriage to Jacob. This primordial itch is the root of the allergy conundrum, and reminds us of being separate from something.
