An introduction
to a gentle,
non-invasive approach to cranial work that utilizes
a kinesiological
protocol to find
and understand the root causes of somatic dysfunction
and chronic pain.
The objective of this 12 hour course is to provide the
practitioner with the fundamental knowledge and experience
of this ontological
model that can
be directly applied in practice.
It introduces the practitioner to the width and depth of
this body of work that is revolutionary, profound and
exciting. It begins the quest of uncovering why we become
sick and dysfunctional and provides a taste of the art and
science of 'Cranial Fluid Dynamics'.
This workshop also serves as an introduction to Cranial
Fluid Dynamics, a four part series
that will be
held in Portland, Oregon, starting July 2007.
Description:
An introductory course that teaches, explores and augments
palpatory understanding of root or ontological causes that
influence the cranial rhythm by introducing sub-rhythms
within the fluid body. You will learn an ontological form
of kinesiology – a feedback mechanism – and hand modes
(mudras) as a language. This will enable a precise dialogue
with the client.
True dialogue is the mutual exchange of the logos in
communication, providing an inner understanding as you
palpate the different rhythms. Resolution imparts both
inner and outer well-being, healing, motility and fluidity
of the central nervous system. This work is a direct
outcome of osteopathy in the cranial field, and
craniosacral therapy, and has been developed and taught
around the world over the past 25 years.
